Chipa - Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g Tapioca Starch
  • 3 Eggs
  • 140ml Milk
  • 60ml Olive oil
  • 300g Blended cheese (parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella)


Directions

  1. In a mixer Fold the Tapioca starch with the eggs, olive oil and cheese. 
  2. Add the milk until get a dough consistency
  3. Make little balls and bake them approx 20min with baking paper at 180*
