Ingredients
- 500g Tapioca Starch
- 3 Eggs
- 140ml Milk
- 60ml Olive oil
- 300g Blended cheese (parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella)
Directions
- In a mixer Fold the Tapioca starch with the eggs, olive oil and cheese.
- Add the milk until get a dough consistency
- Make little balls and bake them approx 20min with baking paper at 180*
