Ingredients (12 Oreo & Caramel Muffins)
- 125g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 70g almond meal
- 150g self raising flour
- 60ml milk
- 12 Oreos
- caramel
- Preheat oven 150º
- Beat butter, extract, sugar and eggs
- Stir in almond meal, flour and milk
- Put a teaspoon of mixture in each case
- Add Oreos and caramel
- Divide mixture among cases
- Bake about 35 minutes
