Ingredients
- 1 1/2 k Asado
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Pepper powder
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 cup onions
- 1/4 cup honey
Method
- Combine everything (but not the honey) and marinate the asado
- Leave it in the fridge for 4 hr
- Bake it
- Boil the rest of the mixture with the honey and add to the asado for serving
